Responsibilities:

• Responsible customer service support, project schedules, documentation, and provide administrative support to the teams;
• Handle inquiries with courteous manner;
• Project management in major and site work is required;
• Assist in quotation preparation;
• Good communications skills with vendor, clients & sub-contractors;
  
  
  

Requirements:

• T.I or University graduate or related discipline; Engineer is preferable;
• Minimum 3 years post qualification experience with relevant working experience
• PC knowledge in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project;
• Knowledge in CAD drawing and Google Sketch up are highly preferred;
• Good command of written & spoken English/Cantonese (Mandarin would be an advantage)
• Experienced in coordination between design, drawings, materials
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and tight schedule with minimum supervision
