Requirements:

- Diploma holder or above in related discipline

- Minimum 5 years of work experience in handing full spectrum of human resources operations, office administration and relocation with all-rounded preferred

- Pleasant, out-going, mature thinking and presentable appearance

- Initiative, proactive attitude and enthusiastic to the job

- Excellent planning and organizing skills on multi-tasks

- Able to work under pressure, work in details, independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time

- Hardworking, meticulous, good interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to maintain high professional standard of integrity and confidentiality

- Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English

- Proficient in computer skills: MS-office and Chinese input

- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance

Responsibilities:

-Reporting to the Human Resources Manager

-Responsible for full-spectrum of the daily Administrative operation

-Coordinating with the external bodies and inter-departments for the projects follow-up

-Organizing and participating in staff activities and staff relations functions

-Handling ad-hoc projects when required

- Immediately available preferable
