Responsibilities:

• Handle the import and export shipping documents independently and prepare necessary documentation according to clients’ requirements
• Perform clerical and operation duties including I/E custom declaration & billing, filing, data entry, invoice checking and preparing, etc
• Work closely with all parties (customers, suppliers, warehouse subcontractors and truckers) for goods in/out the warehouse
• Coordinate with clients in both Hong Kong and regional offices
• Handle ad hoc assignments
• Working Location: Tin Shui Wai

Requirements:

• Form 5 or DSE graduates
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in warehouse
• Good customer service skills, detailed-minded and result-oriented
• Well versed in PC and MS Office including Word and Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, hardworking and independent at work
• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese/English
• Immediate available is preferred
