Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in handling accounts payable work
2. Prepare payment/receipts vouchers
3. Perform data entry in accounting system
4. Send monthly statement and reminders to customers
5. Assist in month ended closing
6. Participate in other as-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. LCC level 2 or above
2. Over 2 years accounting experience
3. Familiar with MS Office applications and experience in computerized accounting system
4. Good command of written and spoken English
5. Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and attentive to details
