Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for HR functions including recruitment, employee services, payroll, MPF, taxation and leave management, etc.

• Implementation of HR system and maintaining staff record and updating data on the system

• Ensuring full compliance with HK employment and related legislation

• Clerical support such as quotation & billing issuance

• Carry out ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline

• Related working experience is preferred

• Detail-minded, hardworking and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Proficiency of PC skills (MS Word, Excel – Vlookup, pivot table, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing)

• Customer oriented mindset

• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin

• Immediately available is definitely an advantage
