Responsibilities: 

• Ability to handle daily accounts payable function

• Handle accounting data entries

• Assist to prepare monthly and annual financial reports of group companies

• Assist to prepare supporting schedules for auditing and taxation purposes

• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of Accounts payables experience

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

• Excellent English and Chinese (Putonghua) written and spoken skills

• Cheerful, self-motivated, hard-working and ability to work independently 

• Immediate available is preferable

• Working location: Fanling
