The candidate should have a passion to develop his/her career in a perform in interested to learn and support various departments on back office tasks.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Administration Officer on the general administration tasks of the back office, including office reception, incoming/ outgoing mails arrangement, ordering of office supplies and etc
• Participate in the special projects or events held by the Company from the research planning stage to the executions
• Update the company's website and other on-line or print materials
• Develop and maintain strong relations with vendors and outside related parties of the Company

Requirements 

• University Degree holder with knowledge and/or experience in performing arts
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficiency in computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word processing, Photoshop and other photo or video editing tools
• Detail-orientated, team-player with initiative, open to flexible working hours
• Fast learner and hard working
