Job Objective

• To ensure the purchasing activities moving forward and communicate with supplier and customer service team to meet the customer requirements.
• To ensure the shipping and local delivery activities moving forward and accurate and on time delivery of all orders.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase order and reports;
• Handling full set of import and export shipping documents
• Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics companies;
• Handle general clerical work for warehouse team
  
  
  

Requirements

• Form 5 or above (fresh graduate also welcome)
• Minimum 1 year operations experience, familiar with the garment labels will be preferable
• Experience in Labels industry is advantage, but not a must
• PC Literacy and familiar in MS Office applications including Word & Excel
• Self-initiative, attention to details and good team spirit
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
