1. Provide professional services and handle customers' enquiries;
   
2. Handle counter and balance daily transactions;
3. Support back-end operation and make referrals to relevant staff;
4. Perform ad-hoc assignments when required.

Requirement:

1.  Degree holder
2. Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
3. Self-motivated, customer- oriented and Detail-minded;
4. Candidates with 1-2 years’ experience in Customer service/ Teller/ banking industry is an advantage;
5. Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
