- 兩年或以上參與人事培訓工作經驗
- 負責新同事之入職安排 及 培訓（形象、常規）
- 參與現職同事的心態、通職、銷售培訓
- 能獨立工作 及 編制培訓教材
- 重視團隊精神 及 有市場觸覺
- 電腦操作技巧純熟
