Responsibilities

1. ŸConduct in-depth equity research and evaluation on specified sectors;
2. ŸDevelop, maintain and update quantitative financial models and related databases;
3. ŸTrack and gather news and information in related to those target companies and sectors under coverage;
4. ŸConduct company interviews and maintain good relationship with companies;
5. ŸPrepare research reports and carry out client presentation;
6. ŸProvide research support to various departments of the company.

Requirements

1. ŸMinimum 5-8 years of experience in equity research gained from Banking or Securities firms;
2. ŸPreferably with sector expertise either in Automobile / Environmental / Energy / Industrial etc.;
3. ŸGood PC skills (Excel & Word) with basic knowledge in financial modelling and familiar with Bloomberg functionalities;
4. ŸDegree holder preferably in economics, finance, business or accounting;
5. ŸStrong data searching, gathering and modelling and information research experiences;
6. ŸFluency in verbal and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
7. Ability to work effectively and independently in a highly confidential, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
