Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing HK and US securities settlement.
• Handle CCASS/DCASS operations, corporate actions, post-trade processing, cash stock settlement, nominee services, IPO and placement
• Follow up confirmation, payments, fund transfer, chasing and matching
• Perform compliance and risk management on transactions
• Perform system UAT and raise changed request for system implementation
• Assist on ad hoc projects and reports

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• 1-3 years settlement experience in financial brokerage
• Strong knowledge in US markets
• Sound knowledge in CCASS/ DCASS and PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Immediately available is preferred

Candidate with less experience will be considered Settlement Clerk.
