This position is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of consumers, clients, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support consumer services team information and referral and the operation and presentation of a professional office.

Responsibilities: 

• Handle general enquiries from clients
• Support middle office duties for all sales
• Organize seminars and presentations

 Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with business studies is required
• SFC license is needed
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience, working in financial institutions is preferred
• A clear and articulate spoken manner preferred
• A good team player with strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in writing and speaking in Mandarin, English, Cantonese\
