Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team. Focusing on Business Intelligence, the candidate is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Providing campaign supports and performing analysis on portfolio management, marketing activities and exploring business opportunities 
• Conducting and evaluating the marketing programs to enhance effectiveness of program and customer profitability
• Assisting in ad hoc MIS report and keeping track the business performance
  
• Coordinating with marketing product manager to conduct analysis to facilitate marketing team in product development, segmentation and pricing strategy setting
• Gathering market information and providing analysis to conduct competitor analysis and model the Bank’s market position

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Statistics or related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years solid experience in financial institutions preferably in data mining and database marketing
• Solid knowledge in credit card, loan and investment products
• Detail-minded with strong analytical, communication skills and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in statistical tools, database software such as SAS, MS-Access
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
