JOB DUTIES:

• In charge the project for contractual subjects, cash flow, accounts finalization and claims issues of the designated project.
• Prepare contract budget, cost estimation and evaluation on tender submission
• Ensure the contractual obligations of contractors are in compliance with relevant government regulations
• Exercise stringent control on cost expenditure including scrutiny of cost variation and claims
• Identify value variations and review documentations, subcontract payments
• Responsible for all interim payment, measurement of works, cost control, settlement of final account of various projects and tendering
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher Diploma / Degree or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Construction or any relevant discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant QS working experience,
• Good co-ordination and interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Good leadership with strong analytical mind and able to tackle problems in a positive way
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred.
