Job Description:

l  Full set of accounting document and report

l  To maintain accounts receivable mainly

l  To ensure invoicing being timely, accurate and without omission

l  To maintain accurate and up-to-date clients’ contracts record

l  Daily bank reconciliation

l  Administration and sales support duties as required

Requirement:

l   F.7 or above with LCCI Intermediate Level Accounting or above related disciplines

l   Minimum 3 years solid working experience in accounting, including accounts payable(A/P) and accounts receivable(A/R)

l   Familiar with MYOB accounting software

l   Good working knowledge in MS Office, especially in MS EXCEL

l   Experience in administration duties

l   Experience in handling small claim is an advantage but not necessary

l   Able to work independently and handle large number of clients

l   Good communication and interpersonal skills

l   Good command of written English and Chinese

l   Self-motivated and willing to work under challenges

l   Immediately available is preferred

Salary: $16,000 per month
