Our client is a high profile and strong performing listed company. They are seeking for a high calibre investor relations professional to join the team. 

Reporting to the functional head and working closely with senior management and analysis team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing investor relations and investor communications plans, including conceptualize and prepare materials for quarterly financial reporting and investor conferences. You will also be organizing IR related events like earnings call, investor and media tours and press conferences, ensuring all initiatives are comply with the disclosure requirements for listed companies.  

The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in Finance & Accounting, MBA or related disciplines, with at least 8 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications and/or M&A transactions. Knowledge of internet or consumer technology industry is an advantage. You are analytical, self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work with hands-on approach and can perform under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is mandatory. Frequent travel to China is required.
