Responsibilities:

• Prepare group consolidation in compliance with relevant regulatory framework and company policies

• Plan and develop internal control procedures on the operation of group companies

• Oversee tax planning and project finance

• Perform budgetary control on group companies

• In charge of bank loans administration and compliance

• Coordinate with the accounting teams in Hong Kong and the PRC

• Conduct due diligence and feasibility studies on merger and acquisition activities

• Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as required

 Requirements:

• A degree holder of Accounting/Finance or related disciplines, with recognized professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA,CFA, etc)

• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in Accounting/Finance, Audit, Merger &  Acquisition with PRC exposure, preferably in infrastructure industry

• Good knowledge in Listing Rules,  Accounting Standards, Legal and Compliance Requirements will definitely be an advantage

• Good command of English and Mandarin

• Possess good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skill

• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

• Occasional travel to the PRC is required

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Finance Manager
