Responsibilities:

• Responsible for data entry, voucher preparation, accounts receivable/payable and cash/bank records updating and reconciliations;
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly cash/bank positions;
• Prepare weekly/monthly accounts receivable/payables schedules;
• Prepare monthly fixed assets, other receivable/payable/accrual/prepayment and income/expense schedules; 
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as required;
• Immediate available will be highly preferred.

 Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
• 2 years' experience in accounting field
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese,
• Well-versed in computerized accounting systems, MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast growing company
• Proactive, presentable and like to work in fast-growing and challenging environment
