Responsibilities for Accounting and Administrative Executive:

Handling daily accounting duties including data input, issue cheques, petty cash, prepare vouchers, filing, A/R, A/P and other accounts related matters.

Requirements for Accounting and Administrative Executive:

• F.5 graduated or above or LCC II-III or above
• Working experience of 2-3 years in accounting field preferable;
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, responsible, independent, hardworking, positive attitude, a team player and can work under pressure.
• Must be computer literate (MS Office & Computerised accounting system).
• Immediately available

 Responsibilities for Air Export Operator:

• Job responsible for daily air export 
• Completing of air export documentations.
• Contact customers and overseas offices for shipment arrangement.
• Handle airline bookings and procedure

Job Requirements for Air Export Operator

• F.5 with full certification or above;
• Prefer with at least 1-2years experience in freight forwarding operations;
• Good connection with airlines, co-loaders for freightage and space;
• Able to handle full sets of export, import, transshipment and route roder;
• Good in spoken and written English & Mandarin, and basic PC knowledge;
• Good interpersonal, communication skill
