Responsibilities

• Handle full set of account and responsible for month end closing of Group companies
• Provide detail revenue and cost analysis for management monthly review
• Perform monthly staff commission calculation
• Perform general accounting duties regarding Accounts Receivables & Payables
• Familiar with electronic payment process (e.g. HSBC Net)
• Assist in cash flow forecast and treasury operations
• Responsible for Balance Sheet / inter-company reconciliation for Group companies
• Assist in preparation of annual budget
• Assist in annual external audit
• Work with Business Teams to ensure revenues and related costs are properly recorded
• Support ad hoc analysis and assignments when required
• Providing support to other areas of the business as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above with LCC&I Higher Certificate or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 5 years solid experience working in MNC
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Advance Accounting system
• Experiences in using Sun Accounting System will be definitely advantageous
• Strong analytical mind and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Responsible, self-motivated, initiative and can work on multi-tasks
• Good communication skill with different levels
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Less experience will consider as Assistant Accountant
• Short notice highly preferred
