Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong support to the company and handle strategic corporate finance activities for the company
- Lead the finance and accounting team and is responsible for the full spectrum of finance and accounting matters of the group
- Supervising corporate finance assignments, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, corporate advisory and other fund raising activities
- Coordinating the work of other professional parties on the transactions
- Communicating with regulatory authorities, including SFC and the Stock Exchange
- Keeping abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations
- Be the contact point with HK Stock Exchange and responsible for all listing rules and requirements in Hong Kong, including interim and annual reports, public announcements, drafting of director’s report
- As named Company Secretary of the Grou
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:

Degree holder with professional qualification in HKICPA or equivalent

At least 10 years of finance and accounting experience with most recent 5 years in supervisory role

Minimum 3 years' company secretarial experience in HK listed companies

Excellent knowledge on Hong Kong and China accounting and tax standards

Able to liaise/negotiate with auditors, bankers, government bodies, lawyers and tax professionals

Well-versed in Company Ordinance, Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other statutory and regulatory requirements for HK & overseas companies

Good analytical, problem-solving, report-writing, presentation and interpersonal skills

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Experience in handling IPO being a big plus (but not a must)

Big 4 CPA firm experience is an advantage ( but not a must )
