Responsibilities:

• Supports Project Manager in system setup and implementation of FlexSystem accounting solution
• Works with project team in system deployment, configuration, testing and product go-live
• Assists project team in client business requirement analysis and translation

• Participates in direct communication with clients, including product demonstration, ongoing support, project meeting and etc.

• Provides user training  and prepares training materials to clients
• Develops and maintains technical and project documentation

 Requirements:

• High Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Information Technology or related disciplines. Fresh graduated will be welcomed.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Proficiency in the use of MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
• Candidate with accounting knowledge will be an advantage
