Role & Responsibilities:

• To evaluate internal controls and procedures in Inventory Control system.
• Responsible for inventory taking, update and spot check outlet Par Stock
• To prepare standard recipes and advise management.
• To conduct regular butcher, cooking and yield testing.
• To prepare slow moving item list and recommendation
• To supervise income audit function ensure revenue cycle is accurate and complete   
• Generate all related reports and provide recommendations to enhance productivity, profitability and efficiency

  Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines, preferably with other relevant and professional qualifications
• At least 5 years working as Cost Controller / Cost Auditor in the F&B or hospitality industry
• Proficient in related computer and PC software
• Strong analytical mind, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with inventory control / revenue control systems
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
