Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operations of sales administration for various business units
• Consolidate and follow up various departmental reports / contracts
• Participate in ad-hoc project assigned by the supervisor
• Provide administrative support to the Management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline with LCCI higher
• 2-3 years’ relevant working experience
• Independent, responsible and attentive to details
• Well organized and self-motivated
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and embrace changes
