Job Description

Duties:

  • Report to the Operations Manager
  • Act as a key person for scanning potential clients and jobseekers
  • Maintain close relationship with existing valued clients
  • Daily email and telephone communication
  • Assist Operations Manager in all-round Recruitment work
  • Internal IT Support
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any Disciplines
  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma with a pass in Use of English in HKAL or equivalent
  • With over 2 years working experience in Merchandising / Marketing / Secretarial / I.T. / Enginieering / Accounts / Commercial field
  • Exposure in the recruitment services industry is preferred
  • Responsible, proactive, persistent, result-oriented, a good team player
  • Good telephone manner, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Less experience with High Calibre is also welcome
  • Stable character and positive attitude is essential

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

  • Immediate availability is a plus
