Position Description:

Due to our rapid business expansion, JMATEK is looking to strengthen its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) process. We are looking for a Senior/Financial Analyst who is insightful and highly proficient in the preparation of financial analysis, statistical comparisons (results versus performance metrics and budget parameters) and deliver actionable information to drive business performance across the enterprise. This position will have significant exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist leadership by conducting analyses of P&L, forecasts, metrics, statistics and presentations as appropriate 
• Assist in implementing new ERP, including coordinating the user requirements 
• Work with controller team on process improvements
• Assist with development of : report design (dashboards, etc…), benchmarks, questionnaires and surveys, KPIs, reports and presentations, ROI and forecasts
• Research complex financial, accounting and marketing data to recommend opportunities to improve measurements, KPIs and identify positive outcomes and cause and effect relationships.
• Generate ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required

Language Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.

Required Qualifications:

• University graduates + over 6 years Business/Finance experience 
• Experience in finance and/or accounting, management reporting or comparable role with strong analytical skills
• Experience in implementing user side of advanced ERP and accounting process improvement 
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and modeling skill 
• Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill

Office Location:

Manulife Financial Centre in Kwun Tong, with frequent shuttle bus access to MTR station.
