Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Handle month-end reconciliations
• Prepare and process payments / reimbursement
• Update accounting records
• Provide and assist office HR & administration support, such as staff attendance, recruitment etc.
• Handling of general office administrative work including ordering of office supplies, maintain office tidiness, equipment maintenance etc.
• Assist in ad-hoc accounting, HR & Adm. duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• 2 years relevant experience in accounting and administration is preferable
• Detail-oriented, have strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
• High initiative and a good team player
• Good command of both written and spoken of English and Mandarin
