Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day accounting operation
- Responsible for vouchers & journals preparation
- Handle invoice and monthly statements
- Maintain payment cycle and arrange cheque payments
- Experience in Contracting Company is preferred
- Some administrative duties & ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with LCCI Intermediate level
- Minimum 1 year working experience but fresh graduate will also be considered
- Self-initiated, well-organized, responsible, detail-minded and hardworking
- Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & China Word Processing
- Familiar with experience in computerized accounting system is an advance
- Good telephone manner, mature and with detail-minded
- Immediately available is preferred
