Responsibilities:

Ÿ   Manage full cycle of work in progress and billing.

Ÿ   Work closely with lawyers to ensure all invoices are correctly billed.

Ÿ   Ensure all aged unbilled times and disbursements are either billed or exempted in a timely fashion.

Ÿ   Liaise effectively and efficiently with the accounting department on various billing activities.

Ÿ   Prepare unbilled times and disbursements report and account receivable report to US office on a monthly basis.

Ÿ   Attend to all billing issues raised by clients / third parties and prepare reply / revised invoices to clients accordingly.

Ÿ   Provide billing information to lawyers and secretaries on request.

Ÿ   Prepare fee estimation, quotation, budget forecast to clients.

Ÿ   Provide full support to the collection team in US. 

Ÿ   Participate in ad-hoc activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Accounting or relevant discipline.
• At least 4 years related accounting experience.  Previous working experience in multinational law firm is preferred.
• Familiar with the usage of Outlook, MS Window applications and accounting software.
• Good command of verbal and written English. Knowledge of Mandarin an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively with Partners and all levels in the firm.
• Attention to details, able to meet deadlines, good team player.
