Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange payments to suppliers and inter-group companies

• Monitoring of AP payment forecasting

• Prepare weekly cashflow forecast

• Prepare debit / credit notes for inter-company charge

• Handle full set accounts for holding companies under the same group

• Prepare audit and month-end schedules

• Supporting in month-end closing and reporting, forecasting and budgeting 

• Assist the Financial Controller in handling ad hoc duties

   

Job Requirements :

• Tertiary education or above, with formal training in Accounting

• Minimum 2 years' accounting experience with audit experience is a plus

• High proficiency in Excel

• Good command of English

• Experience in Microsoft NAV is preferred

• Good team player and able to work independently

• Immediate available is preferred

• Candidate with higher qualifications or more experience would be considered as Accountant
