Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promoting Floor Care products in Asia market
• Conduct market, industry and competitive research and analysis to drive brand focused plans and determine key program selling points
• Develop marketing strategies, including driving in-store sales, PR activities, advertising campaign to communicate the target markets
• Work with internal teams including sales, creative and regional marketing teams, and external agencies to implement marketing strategies
• Manage PR agency in executing marketing campaigns
• Monitor annual marketing plan and associated budgets, and evaluate cost-effectiveness
• Assist and support regional marketing initiatives
• Occasional travel required to support customers’ regional marketing activities

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
• At least 7 years marketing experience in B2C environment, preferably in electronics or home appliances industry
• Solid experience in working with PR agency and executing market research
• Proficient in MS applications and presentation tools
• Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese, other Asian language is a plus
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, self-motivated and committed to work
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
