Job Description

Responsibilities:

To handle full set of accounts and prepare financial & management reports
Responsible for sales transactions, prepare and issue sales invoices
Monitor and oversee the transactions of US property management companies
Review owner statements for overseas properties, ensure that the owner statements are prepared and issued timely
Assist Property Manager to answer owners' queries on accounting issues

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Accounting
Minimum 3-5 years accounting or auditing working experience
Proficiency in MS Office and Accounting software
Self-initiative, well-organized, independent, strong sense of responsibility and attention to details
Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua
