The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible to direct a team of compensation analysts in all aspects of international compensation, including counselling, training, and performance management.

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Review complex cost projections and assignment letters as prepared by the team of analysts
• Manage external provider relationships
• Direct team of experienced analysts in calculating, and analyzing changes to COLA at prescribed intervals
• Exhibit advanced knowledge of Assignment Pro
• Handle service delivery issues with clients
• Coach and train all staff
• Manage workflow and communications among team members to ensure client commitments are met
• Adaptable to culture variations of conducting business globally
• Willingness to travel domestic
• Commitment to continuous improvement, maximizing efficiency and capability gain in projects, products, and workstreams
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Manage implementation of compensation services to new clients
• Attend annual reviews for compensation clients
• Other duties as required/requested

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in expatriate compensation
• Above average understanding of expatriate taxation
• Excellent research and analytical skills with strong planning, organization and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word required
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and within timelines
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
