One of the worlds leading Asset Management organisations is currently looking for a highly experienced Finance Manager to join the Hong Kong operation. The successful candidate will have sufficient gravitas and experience within the Wealth & Investment arena, to become a key point of contact for senior leaders of the business, as their career develops. This role exists as more support is needed within the Investment team as the business restructures its operations in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Tracking portfolio performance and managing associated risks.
• Making recommendations as to potential investment opportunities.
• Investigate and improve data discrepancies.
• Work closely with compliance teams to ensure best possible practice is adhered to.
• Liaise with the company secretary and advise on various matters relevant to the Hong Kong business.
• Producing monthly financial and management reports from JDE and Hyperion.
• Drafting updated and industry leading policies and procedure plans.

Desired Experience:

• Qualified accountant with at least 7 years PQE
• Direct Experience of performing valuations
• Previous private equity experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, having the ability to present and write in English will also be required.
• Advanced Excel user who is able to manipulate and obtain key information from large data sets.
• Mature team player who ideally has managed teams previously.
