Responsibilities:

• Buy-side M&A
• Leading and execution of cross border M&A and capital markets transactions
• Prepare deal structuring, due diligence, execution and documentation
• Coordinate with other professional parties and liaise with regulatory authorities
• Assess potential deals and conduct relevant research
• Prepare presentation materials for business projects
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence and preparing deal structure
• Prepare presentation material for transactions projects
• Business development
• Assist management in ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Master / University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic, Business or related disciplines, CFA, ACCA , FRM or AIB qualification would be an advantage
• Equipped with sound investment and financial market knowledge, rules and regulations of capital markets of HK and PRC markets
• 5 years' working experience in corporate finance or investment banking
• Knowledge in analyzing financial statement and building financial model is an advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
• Strong report writing skills, able to work under pressure, high EQ
• Frequent travel (Overseas and Mainland China)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office including Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Immediate available is an advantage
