Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and provide other administrative support when required
•  Responsible for clerical duties on document management such as copying, scanning, blinding, etc.
• Assist in ad-hoc and other administration

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, knowledge of accounting principle will be an advantage
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS office knowledge & Chinese Word Processing
• Fast and accurate typing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure with tight schedule
• Pleasant personality, customer oriented, hardworking, self-motivated and a team player
• Immediately available preferred
