Responsibilities:

• Perform different accounting duties
• Handle cheque payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting entries and filing duties
• Provide administrative support and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting or above is preferred
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in retail or cosmetics industry
• Proficient PC knowledgein MS Office and Chinese word-processing
• Experience in using Computerize Accounting Systems, familiar with Flex system is an advantage
• Self-motivated, well organized, reliable, independent & willing to work under pressure
• Less experience or fresh graduate will be considered as Junior Accounting Clerk
