Job Responsibilities:

-     Responsible for AP & AR processing, staff reimbursement/claims, bank reconciliations and daily accounting operations

-     Produce regular, daily, monthly, yearly and specific reports from accounting software system

-     Follow up payment, verify and investigate invoices with irregularities

The candidate must possess the following qualifications:

-     Degree/Diploma holder in Accounting/Finance or possess recognized professional qualification

-     Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in handling full set of accounts

-     Experience in handling remittance and other banking facilities

-     High proficiency in Excel, as well as other MS office applications and accounting software.  Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage

-     Responsible, good initiative, attention to details and good accuracy

-     Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer

-     Immediate or short notice is preferred
