Responsibilities:

• Handle Employee Benefit and administration works
• Manage and maintain HRIS system 
• Prepare monthly HR reports and quarterly Manpower cost report & analysis
• Involve in the performance management, survey, remuneration
• Assistant in review of job specification and HR policies & procedures 
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as required

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Multi-task competency and with strong analytical skills 
• Sensitive in figures and capable of handling massive data 
• Enthusiastic, well-organized, detail-oriented and able to meet tight schedule or deadline
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Mature minded, can-do attitude, responsible, able to work with people at all levels, good team player essential
• Immediate available is highly preferred
