Responsibilities:

• Participate in wide range of corporate finance activities, including IPO, corporate restructuring, fund raising, corporate bonds, commercial loans and other financing transactions
• Perform feasibility studies, market analysis, financial viability, due diligence and deal negotiation
• Prepare necessary presentations/documents/forms and write up implementation plan
• Liaise with other professional parties, banks and communicate with relevant authorities
• Implement business development and marketing plan

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Banking/Finance/Law/Accounting or any related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years solid relevant experience in corporate finance activities
• Exposure and experience in China business environment is an advantage
• Strong business acumen with excellent coordination, analytical and financial modelling skills
• Proactive, strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
