- F.5 or above with secretarial and administrative work experiences
- Pleasant, can communicate in both English and Cantonese
- Good at MS Office and bookkeeping
- Assist in invoices processing and expense claims
- Provide administrative support to project team
- Liaise with contractors / vendors in various project related work matters
- Assistance to the Managing Director
