  • HR functions including leave records, staff  functions, recruitment logistics
  • Secretarial support to Director on assignment basis
  • Processing of disbursements for, and recharge to clients
  • Maintenance of office facilitates and properties with support from outsourced IT supplier
  • Managing of document storage and warehousing
  • Liaison with banks and insurers for Company and clients
  • Clerical and administrative support

Requirements

  • F5 graduate with passes in English and Chinese
  • Diploma holder in secretarial studies or accounting practices
  • At least 5 years' admin and/or secretarial experience
  • Book-keeping and pinyin input skills are advantageous
  • IT Knowledge and able to handle simple correspondences
  • Diligent, willing to learn and assume responsibility
