Requirements:

• Diploma Holder in Business Administration or equivalent
• 2-3 years working experience will be an advantage
• Proficient in PC applications (example: Word, Excel etc.)
• Good command of English & Cantonese
• Well-organized, hardworking, high sense of responsibility, willing to learn and able to work independent,
• Immediate available is preferred

Job Scope:

Your job scope will include but not limited to the following:-

• Provide clerical support to director and the department
• Provide full spectrum of payroll functions including payroll administration, MPF, tax filing etc.
• Maintain and update staff information, leave application & movements
• Responsible for general office administration, procurement, office maintenance
• Provide support and coordinate with internal project team
• Perform any ad hoc duties as required
