SpeedCast is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support the Head office - Global Human Resources team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Data management and reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Develop Global HR reports, dashboards, scorecards and metrics as required to meet the business needs
• Maintains HR records and establishes an efficient filing system for easy information retrieval.
• Provide assistance in formulating, planning, and implementing HR policies
• Assist in initiating and coordinating staff engagement activities
• Provide administrative support as required
• Assist the payroll run on a monthly basis
• Performs other administrative duties and ad hoc projects as required

 To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements:  

• University degree and minimum of 1-2 years experience in analysing, creating and delivering high quality information and data
• Good command of English and Cantonese required
• Thorough attention to detail and ability to multitask 
• Applying strong analytic skills to high volume of data in regards to HR statistics
• Thrives in a dynamic, diverse and challenging environment 
• Strong in Excel, PowerPoint and Word 
• be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and independently when required, be able to question, challenge and follow up outstanding items
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Willing to learn payroll and HR related compliances
