Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation - Creating and curating content for social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram, etc.
• Community Management - Driving conversation and responding to user queries and comments following tonality guidelines and social media policy
• Campaign Management - Staying on top of industry trends and assisting in planning, executing and measuring promotion campaigns and bloggers or influencers outreach
  

Skills Required:

• 1 to 3 years of experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands, communications or public relations experience would be an added advantage.
• Preferably a degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields.
• A demonstrated passion for all things social media
• Strong Chinese writing skills that communicate in an effective, creative and engaging manner
• Be proactive and highly motivated; demonstrating the ability and desire to work independently and confidently, but also as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and work on multiple clients simultaneously
