Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and interpreting data or information and provide insights and recommendations to management to facilitate sound business decisions
• Assist in developing and implementing systems to improve operation efficiency, productivity and aim to maximize profitability
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing the whole operations and be able to develop continuous improvement for the business
• To provide full range of administrative support to the COO on business needs
• Contribute to verbal and written communication in the form of producing timely reports and presentations to senior management
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by the company

Requirements: 

• Degree Holder or above in Business Management, Statistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience and with PRC exposure is an advantage
• Logical and critical thinking, excellent analytical mind and strong attention to details
• Outgoing, well organized, independent and with good communication skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a MUST
• Proficient in using Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
