The opportunity:

Our client is a reputable and stable interview law firm in the market. Currently, they are looking for a Legal Secretary to join the litigation team. The chosen candidate will play an important part in the team to support 1 Partner and 2 Associates.

Job Description

• General administrative and secretarial duties such as scheduling appointments 
• preparing court proceedings, documentation and bundles
• drafting simple correspondence and documents
• Liaising with internal and external parties
• Other ad-hoc tasks

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as legal secretary in litigation department is a MUST
• Good oral and writing skills in both English and Chinese 
  
• Ability to type Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills is highly preferred
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Immediately available is highly preferred
