Responsibilities:

• Carrying out continuous site supervision and checking on the Builder’s works to ensure that the works would be in accordance with the design drawings; 
• Be responsible for checking of as-built drawings;
• Comply with the Client’s requirements and other relevant standard; 
• Coordinating with the Supervising Officer’s Representatives (Clerks of Works and Building Services Inspector);
• Be authorized by the Contractor to take instructions from the Supervising Officer or his representatives;
• Be a contact point for Clerk of Works & Building Services Inspector.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Building/ Building Studies with 3 years of site experience;
• English (Syllabus B) & Chinese must be passed in HKCEE or Level 2 of DSEE
• Proficiency in MS office, including WORD and EXCEL
• Proficiency in command of written and spoken English and Chinese/ Cantonese
• Good communication skill
• Immediate available will be an advantage.
