Our client, a sizable financial organization in Hong Kong, is seeking for talents in the area of Training and Development to contribute to their training function.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice to management in identification of management training needs
• Customize training solutions and recommend relevant training methodologies
• Design and develop relevant training materials
• Engage external training sources as appropriate
• Manage related training budget, and ensure training quality and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Degree holder in a related discipline
• A corporate trainer with at least 7 years of management training experience in the financial industry
• Effective presentation and communication skills
